What Do We Get?
FreePBX support provides resellers and customers with the ability to contact OPL who will provide support for FreePBX system issues. We will also undertake minor administration changes to systems as required.
Support pricing is based upon the type of Hosted FreePBX system you have (Silver/Gold/Platinum) and matches the monthly cost of the system itself, i.e. £36 (system) plus £36 (support).
- Support times: 08:00-18:00 Mon-Fri (excl UK public holidays)
- Priority Support Calls & Emails
- Minor Adds, Edits and Removals
- Weekly Backups
- Initial Setups available at additional cost
